A unique program intended to start as part of the hiring package, when there is a promotion, or as an addition to their current role.

Structure:

​​One on One Sessions

1 x 60min session, once a week (schedule flexibility)

Relevant homework and activity after each section

Goal building for each section with realistic action items

Completed Program in Digital and Printed Form

The Check-in

Part of the program that is non-negotiable are two meetings wth the owner, GM etc...One halfway through the program to talk about how things are going, and one at the end of the program to discuss the conclusion and the next steps. From here there are a couple options to continue our work together or to help set you up for success in taking over with the support!

Turning words into actions is the hardest part of creating capacity and expanding your growth. Holding yourself accountable, along side a supportive push makes it more bearable. Consistency and follow through are the keys to meaningful change.
