Being in charge is a funny thing. You couldn't wait until the moment came. The rush, of what seemed like an endless amount of hours, tears, laughter, rage, and fulfillment, all building to this one moment. But what nobody told you, the great secret buried beneath the surface, was that you now have to help OTHERS. It doesn't stop there either, you must guide, motivate, hold space, have empathy...the list goes on.
