The rush, of what seemed like an endless amount of hours, tears, laughter, rage, and fulfillment, all building to this one moment. But what nobody told you, the great secret buried beneath the surface, was that you now have to help OTHERS. It doesn't stop there either, you must guide, motivate, hold space, have empathy...the list goes on.

BUT HOW CAN YOU HELP SOMEONE WHEN YOU COULD USE HELP?

It's a delicate balance trying to create space for others and still keep room in there for yourself. What happens when you are at your max; you've hit capacity...no more people allowed in. Where does the extra room come from?
