Digging Deep Program

A unique program to support leaders by integrating both work role, and personal growth while staying true to the business vision. 

Part One: "The Package"

Where we begin scratching the surface of who the leader is in this role and how they see themselves  in their work.  This part of the program includes the following:

  • One on One Sessions

  • 1 x 60min session, once a week (7 weeks)

  • Completed Package in Digital and Printed Form

  • Interactive Homework

  • Goal Work

*this part can vary in length depending on size of the group participating*

Part Two:  "The Progress Report"

Understanding how your business can help support those in it is very useful.  In this phase a Progress Report is put together, which is the result of hearing from the leaders through Part One. A meeting is set-up to  review where the challenges are, the ideas to help, and what the future could look like.

  • 1 x 90 min Meeting - (All packages  must be completed prior to this)

Part Three:  "Accountability"

Understanding more about yourself and your work is the key to helping others in a healthy and meaningful way in the workplace.  In this phase, each participant will receive two accountability meetings to start turning what has been discovered into reality.  It entails the following:

  • 1 x 60mins Meeting once a month  (program includes 2 meetings for each participant - option to create a long-term  agreement.)

  • Turning words into actions

  • Compartmentalizing areas for development in order to focus on one goal at a time

  • Creation of timeline for action, accountability steps, and finish line

  • Emotional discussions of the process, the results, and the barriers


Embracing Growth

Consistency is the key to meaningful growth and communication. At this stage, developing a way forward with the team is imperative. I am here to help facilitate this part of the journey to make sure a system is in place to keep things moving forward.
