Digging Deep Package

A long term investment for leaders through an individualized support system that integrates both personal and work role growth. Built to define who you are in your role, the people surrounding you, changes needed, and a plan to get you there.  

PHASE ONE: "Starting the Conversation"

​Engaging in a program curated around your role (Owner, GM, Manager, or Junior Leader) where we begin scratching the surface of why you are in this role and how you see yourself.  The program includes the following:

  • One on One Sessions

  • 1 x 60min session, once a week (6 weeks)

  • Completed Package in Digital and Printed Form

  • Interactive Homework

  • Goal Work

PHASE TWO:  "Helping the Business"

Understanding how your business can help support those in it is very useful.  In this phase a Progress Report is put together, which is the result of hearing from the leaders through their program. A meeting is set-up with the Owner or GM to  review the report and explain what the findings are.

  • 1 x 90 min Meeting - Initial (All Programs must be completed prior to this)

  • 1 x 60 min Monthly Meeting thereafter

PHASE THREE:  "Embracing Growth"

Understanding more about yourself and your work is the key to helping others in a healthy and meaningful way in the workplace.  In this phase we begin the Accountability Program.  It entails the following:

  • 1 x 60mins Meeting once a month (for each participant)

  • Turning words into actions

  • Compartmentalizing areas for development in order to focus on one goal at a time

  • Creation of timeline for action, accountability steps, and finish line

  • Emotional discussions of the process, the results, and the barriers

**Option of adding the EQi2.0 Assessment in this phase - subject to an additional cost**
